It's possible that you'll have a small amount of fat gain, but as long as you eat clean (avoid sugary foods most of the time as well as saturated fat) you should be fine.

My advice would be to take a photo of yourself and take measurements of your waist, chest, arms, legs etc. Then in a month or two you can measure again and compare how you look to the photo to see what changes there are.

Be careful of red meat, too much red meat and you'll opening yourself up to bowel cancer. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4088824.stm

Here's what I take and I gte the best results.

              Nox Cg3
              http://www.google.co.uk/products?hl=...ed=0CBUQzAMwAA

CNP Pro Mass by Ricky Hatton's - Kerry Kayes (Doesn't contain **** like most mass gainers out there and it;s the best stuff I've taken and tastes amazing)
              http://www.google.co.uk/products?q=pro+mass&hl=en&aq=f

Eat plent of Fish (2-3 times a week (3 peices per serving)) - Mackeral is a nice tasty fish.
Eat Chicken (2-3 times a week).
              With each have 2 potatoes.

That's it, keep it simple! don't over complicate things. Don't over eat so you're inable to do a wrkout and feel sluggish.

3 days work out, 1 day off, 3 on then 1 off etc. etc.

              BIG TIP

Take double expresso 20 mins before a workout and get a few extra pumps.

Yeah you will but you need to work out how much protein you need per day based on your current size and go from there - Alot of people think that buying a protein shake suddenly means they are going to bulk up......The most important thing is getting the right balance in your food intake and training in correct way, if you do those things then you will see gains. Remember a protein shake is a SUPPLEMENT - it supplements your regular diet.. Good luck man, train hard!
