For the ones that want a good simple diet...

TV dinners that are healthy can do wonders. Some have 250 calories, some 290, and for the big ones it's 390 calories and a 90 calorie or 130 granola bar in between if hungry. So if you did a 1500 calorie diet you could eat 7 250 calorie TV dinners. Plus they're cheap. Also drink a lot of water, if you're not a fan of water just buy the 5 calorie flavor packets.

All the stuff you guys buy for diet and such is crazy. Keep it simple. Also tons of paragraphs aren't even needed when trying to tell someone about a diet.

I can't think of any Tv Dinners that are actually healthy ... in the UK at least.

don't those typically have a lot of sodium though?

Correct. All this cutting stuff up, half of this, toast, oatmeal and blah blah blah. Lets see one keep up with that diet when busy, in a rush, or just too lazy to do it.

Get a TV dinner that's health and you're all good, eat on the go if ya have to. Good examples are Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine are some of the ones I use.

Heres a chart of some of them.

Ha. My co-worker eats those. I always ask him to be funny how many calories are in it. He says 800 something. Then I tell him he could of ate like 3 of my TV dinners and had more food then that and more full.
