TV dinners that are healthy can do wonders. Some have 250 calories, some 290, and for the big ones it's 390 calories and a 90 calorie or 130 granola bar in between if hungry. So if you did a 1500 calorie diet you could eat 7 250 calorie TV dinners. Plus they're cheap. Also drink a lot of water, if you're not a fan of water just buy the 5 calorie flavor packets.
