ive had 6 fights won 4 lost 2 i lost 1 fair and square but my last fight i had yumonia and swine flu im serious i was in hospital for a week.. nywayz i went in and trew like 5 punchs and i never felt so tired in all my life nearly all the fight i was just blockin final score was 4...2 im tryin to get a rematch.

i cant make a long vid cause my lungs stil recoverin . thanks for all the tips!!

you got good hand speed. If you are a power puncher, that's a good weapon especially when you are fighting in a lighter weight class. Just move around more, move that head man.

it's good to see younger guys who are into boxing. Sorry to hear about the lung man, that's unfortunate.
