Your trying waaaay too hard, I think that's more the reason you got tired so quick. It's shadow boxing, it is just supposed to loosen you up/break a sweat. Relax when your shadow boxing. Your way to stiff too. If you were in a fight, you wouldn't be able to land any of those punches.

i see what you mean about him being too stiff, but i disagree about shadowboxing being just for warming up and breaking a sweat.... i think its a good form of training and helps with speed and combinations etc...
