ugh P90X I hate that infomercial with them trying to act like is some grass roots movement

Also the insanity garbage anything on an infomercial makes me lol

Ive watched insanity cardio abs though looks decent, anything will work if you do it and stick with it. Its just the cheese factor I dont care for. I prefer more serious less gimicky workouts.

Insanity looks tougher than P90X, but I don't feel like either one would be a good idea for a boxer. A good boxing program incorporates plenty of bodyweight movements and interval training, and you actually are learning the skills you'll use in the ring.
