It's just like any other work-out-at-home kind of video, man.
I tried it, and sure I did see results, but you would see results with anything if you stick to it.
My advice, don't waste your money.
Any day of boxing training would make p90x look like kiddie bull****.

both have their benefits and limitations. p90x is the best structured home workout program out there. it's just 1-1.5 hours a day and it produces amazing results thanks to it's intensity

I'm talking about an hour professional boxing routine that would ****ing kill a man if he isn't ready to go through with it.
p90x is exactly what you said: the best structured HOME WORKOUT program.
It's meant for lazy fatasses who can't get off the couch and do some running.
I stated that I did do the p90x as well, and compared to my usual boxing routine and the p90x, that **** is really nothing compared to real training.
Once you've had a real boxing practice, THEN come talk to me.

im actually doing it now... i start week ten tomorrow
i've seen great results...
i got the movies burnt though, didnt pay for them of course... i'd say doing the diet is 70% of the effort/results
but you do gotta bring it, 60minutes a day, hardcore... 6 days a week (90 minutes on yoga day)
i'll be done before christmas, will take a month off and then will start the Insanity workout!!!
