i tried to add that routine to my boxing routine (jogging/boxing in the morning, p90x in the afternoon). it's impossible to do that unless you cut off a pretty big chunk of your other routine, so the dvd's are just collecting dust in my closet

yeah, it demands all your attention.... if you want to mix other stuff with it, the other stuff is going to have to be part time...

it taxes the **** out of your muscles if you bring it

can't wait to start week 10 tomorrow

it depends on what you have in your home already. you need:
          1- exercise mat
          2- pull up bar
3- push up stands (not required, but i like to have them)
4- dumbells or resistance bands (the bands are a lot cheaper, of course)

if you don't own anything of what i've just mentioned, you'd be shelling out about $70-$140, depending on whether you buy several sets of dumbells or opt for the resistance bands

if you're active in boxing at the moment, i wouldn't do p90x (unless you do the lowest intensity programs)

Making **** up? Where do you get the idea that I make **** up?

saying that p90x is made for lazy fatasses IS making **** up, because that couldn't be further from the truth

i didn't start talking about your boxing routine, you did

i mentioned that saying that p90 is smade for lazy fatties is making **** up, since it clearly isn't. nothing to say about that anymore?

since you wanted to change subjects so badly, i'll keep up with that. this is where i "get my ideas from":

I'm talking about an hour professional boxing routine that would ****ing kill a man if he isn't ready to go through with it.

Once you've had a real boxing practice, THEN come talk to me.
