Um, if you lost 25lbs in a month why on earth would you need a fat burner?

I don't believe you lost 25lbs in a month btw. Thats almost a pound a day fat loss.

If you want to lose fat clean up your diet and do more cardio, especially HIIT, but don't do it more than 3x a week.

Also start weightlifting, sticking to compund exercises such as squats, presses, deadlift, rows etc.

Drink lots of water and take a multivitamin.

Give it time, dont expect great results in days. Stick to it for 6 weeks and measure your progress.
are you joking?you must be joking right?if you think someone is going to believe this jibberish you must be joking,i can not stop laughing

Thats the best advice somebody gave on here. His focus is bodybuilding is it not?, Thats solid advice for a beginner, i suppose you want him to do curls and bench right? get out of here. Squats and deadlifts ftw!

i believe and through extensive research, that boxing any any type of weightlifting and body building do not mix, only light curls are accepted and if more strenuous activity is permitted it can cause a huge decline in the pure boxers stamina
