As a boxing practioner stick with Squats ( THE KING) Lunges and deadlifts

Squats&lunges are awesome for everything!!! with lunges you can go low and still have good balance with squats you will have crazy power as long as you go low with good forms and deadlifts well my boxing coach is gonna get me started with those soon but its good **** believe me great for abs and core strength

NO is not necessary and probably a waste of money at your level (forgive me fro any assumptions i'm making).

If you want to lose fat clean up your diet and do more cardio, especially HIIT, but don't do it more than 3x a week.

Also start weightlifting, sticking to compund exercises such as squats, presses, deadlift, rows etc.

Drink lots of water and take a multivitamin.

Give it time, dont expect great results in days. Stick to it for 6 weeks and measure your progress.

Id say just keep up the work. No isnt really needed though i prefer it over creatine when i took it. When i took it i used the no2 black from mri labs in combination with pro-nos protein shake from mri labs but that stuffs expensive and some people will tell you that no2 is no2 so the cheaper stuff is just as good though i prefer the pro nos protein drink to every other protein shake and id imagine that their protein shake works better with their no2 then their protein shake with some other no2
