I wait about 45 mins after ive eaten. though I dont think its really necessiary to eat anything before hand unless your planning on running more then 1 hour.Comment

You will most likely see some decrease in stamina, but exactly how much will depend on what condition you were in before, and how hard you have been doing the rest of your training in the gym. Good luck.Comment
