Who runs in the morning? Around 5..

    At what speed do you run? Have you seen videos of other boxers running? Pacquiao? Tyson? Do you run at the same speed as them or faster fr 2 hours?

      getting up early is hard. Maybe if I didnt have a fulltime job I could do it.

      But for me, even on my days off, waking up naturally is more important than waking up early with an alarm.

        Sorry it took me so long to reply.

        I had to get 15 posts to put in this URL.

        Well, in the beginning where you see Tyson running, I do about 3/4 that speed.

        When I finish, I realized that I tend to slow down at the end of the run due to fatigue I beleive.

            5am for me before work

            my runs last between 30 mins and 1 hour if im not doing HIIT

              Got up at 5.15 and went for a 45 minute run. Felt good but now I feel tired.

              I think it's because I didn't get to sleep last night till about 12. I was lying in bed staring at the ceiling for ages, just couldn't get off.

                Do you guys go out to run in the morning on a empty stomach or do you eat breakfast before you go? I would also like to go out and run in the morning but my sleeping routine is ****ed up, i usually go to bed really late, like 1 or 2 am and wake up at 9 on a schoolday so i need to fix that.

                    It's not too late.

                    You gotta eat something in the morning or even drink a glass of milk. What I do is I eat a banana and drink a glass of milk and when I finish, I make a peanut butter sandwich then leave for school.
