  • Who runs in the morning? Around 5..

Anyone wakes up early and runs at 5? I do. During the summer, I would run during 11 or something after I woke up because no school, but ever since school started - I have to wake up at 5 and go run. I decided to run at 5 in the morning because right after school, I go to the gym and after I get hoe from the gym, I feel tired and lazy as well so I might just get over it in the morning.

I also heard that it's better to run early in the morning.

I only ran in the morning when preparing for tourneys during my amateur days. I do prefer to run in the early morning though, but it's really very difficult to get out of bed, and it's not like it's necessary to do it in the a.m.

But morning times are fun, especially during the summer when the heat has not peaked. And yes, it gives me energy for the rest of the day. Unlike running after work, where your brain is pretty much wracked and you just wanna sit on the sofa and watch sports, lol

I wish I had your guys energy!! I can't get out of bed in the morning.

I usually run after work, sometimes late around 8 or 9 at night.

Exactly, when I get home - I justw ant to rest and watch TV. I would hate it to run after school and training at the gym. I love it though, running in the morning is great and for those of you who haven't tried it yet, you should. Remember, if you want to succeed, you need to have dedication and do whatever it takes, that is waking up at 5. Trust me, it's not easy.
