The only hard part that is really difficult is until you wash your face. I just hate it when the alarm goes on. As soon as the alarm goes on, I quickly wake up and wash my face so I won't be sleepy. Try that. As soon as you wake up, go wash your face.

I hit snooze twice and get up about 4:15, only way to do it.

Seriously man, that works for me. Maybe there's other ways but that's what I do.

Yea, to wake up at 5 in the morning - you can't really go to sleep late. On weekdays, I usually go to sleep around 9 or 9:30 so I could wake up in the morning.

I have only begun boxing about a year and a half ago.

I plan on going pro at the age of 20 or 19 and I am 17 at the moment.

What I did in summer is I would get up as early as possible.

Sometimes it would be at 5, sometimes it would be at 6, but I would go straight outside, stretch, and run for about 2 maybe 3 hours.

It was the best feeling in the world when I finished.

Haha, sorry for going off on a tangent, I just had to let it out.

2 or 3 hours is a long time...

                  I smell BS.

Damn, that's a lot of times, 2 to 3 hours running is too much in my opinion since you also train later in the day. Good luck!

In truth, there is no way to prove it to you so you will have to choose to beleive me or not.

When I got up at 6 i would normally come back around 8 something, when i got up at 5 i would normally get back around 7.

Now I am not saying I ran that long every single time.

Some days I took a different route that took less time, I also didn't sprint through the whole thing.
