    Sure, losing it tomorrow would be easy. Now what about sunday and monday? If he can lose a lb-2lbs each day, it would be much better then losing it all at once, then starving and dehydrating himself over two days.

      I agree with everything you said but in the past I wore the trashbag inside the shirt and if no albolene is avail. just rub some baby oil, it'll make you sweat like hell.

        well of course.

        Diet and train to get as low as possible. Then before the weigh in jump some rope in a sauna suit. I diet to get to around 127 then just sweat off 2 pounds.

        I don't see how he could lose 2 pounds every day without it being water weight though.

            Actually i need to lose a little more than that hehehe...

            But my coach got me going hard today and i am already like 3 pounds away from the division limit, i just dont want to screw it over on the next two days

                the day before the weigh in, and of course the day of the weigh in. Dont cut completely, just sips. You dont want to be 2lbs over the day before, Id try to make it the day before so you dont kill yourself. I used to have to make weight for wrestling, I know it sucks.

                If you have a steam room, go to it.
