you got plenty of time to get rid of those lbs skipping or jogging with a jacket, eat light in the mean time. If you feel a bit drained and still gotta lose some pounds wear a jacket and lock yourself in a car let that Mexican heat work for you.
I have my 17 bout on monday and for the first time in my life i am over the limit, i have to shed around 5 pounds for monday.
