Bull****. You can lose that weight EASY. I've seen people drop 10lbs in a matter of 1 day and then rehydrate before the fight. Granted, you won't feel 100% if you rush the weight loss, but you will STILL MAKE WEIGHT.

Drink as little water as possible and eat LIGHT portions, keep sweating, and take a ****.

Most people lose 5lbs a DAY at the gym, why the **** would it be any different here?

You are 151, and need to be 147. Most tournaments will give you a lb difference. Shedding 3-4 lbs in 3 days is not hard. You do not have to starve yourself or dehydrate yourself.

For starters, stop eating your normal diet. You are gonna have to cut back a little bit. Wake up and for breakfest eat tuna out of the can(Grab the low fat kind, and make sure it's in water and drain it before you eat), and two hard boiled eggs. Digest a little bit and go for your morning run.

About 2 hours before gym, eat. Prepare some chicken, and bake it. Nothing special, just plain baked chicken. If you can find a gravy or some type of sauce that has no fat, you can boil the chicken, then cut it into cubes, throw it on a pan and toss the gravy/sauce in with it. Make some rice then mix it all together. I usually eat that prior to a work out.

BUY SOME ALBOLENE!! Put this all over your body before you work out, then throw a shirt/pants over it. Throw a trash bag over the shirt, then a sweatshirt over that. Get on the skiprope and do 15 minutes straight. Follow through with whatever else you want. You will lose a few lbs easily in one work out.

Remember, when you are cutting weight, do not eat imbetween meals, and only drink water.

Also, while you only have a few lbs to lose, keep in mind cutting weight is horrible to do to your body while in the amatures. You have a few hours at most to replenish your body, while pro's get an entire day and night. The last few lbs are always the hardest!

It is a skin care product used by women. You can find it at pharmacies and stuff.

And yes it sucks for amatures. I had to come down to 125 from 140+ for the golden gloves one year, in roughly 2 weeks.

That's easy work man. You can lose that in an hour. Throw on a sauna suit and jump some rope.
