      Man, another day of hard sparring! We did the Four Corners of Death, with four guys, one in each corner, taking turns beating each other up. I started out sparring a huge 178 pound open class guy and started fast, throwing my jab and getting in close and doubling up hooks up top and to the body. He caught me with a left hook when I dropped my right glove and I was like "WOO!!" lol, that was hard.

      Then I got a break and when I went back in I sparred the guy from yesterday and I gave him the business this time. He was more aggressive but I pretty much just circled to my left and popped him with the jab whenever he tried to come in close. I countered him pretty easily since I figured him out already.

      I then went in with this tall rangy guy who was the weirdest of them all. He gave everyone problems with how awkward his style was, he would kinda box and throw softer punches then when you stepped in to counter he'd counter you hard. I slipped his jab and cracked him with a right and when he went to the ropes I forced him to his left and hit the right side of his body so hard with a hook you could hear it through the gym. He went down and then I went right back in with the big guy. By this time I was dead tired and he whooped the crap out of me lol.

      I only had energy to jump in with a jab to the body every so often and caught him with a few straight rights but whenever I stopped he would just pound me.

      I know I have to just get into shape. All of these guys are in great shape and have a lot of fights and I can hang with them, I just need the conditioning.
      Hey Asian, how come you have vids of pro-fighters workin' out and you still have not come up with a single clip of yours ?

      We don't wanna hear you talk about boxing, we wanna see you boxing ! Prove to your fellow board members, that you're not just some writer who is a boxing-wanna be.

          First off, I don't have to prove anything to anyone. I only have to prove things to myself. Second, a video will come when I'm down in weight enough not to feel self-conscious lol

                    i trained at the PAL for a week earlier in the year but had to put down the gloves due to problems at home. Would love to go back but i dont think its possible with a kid on the way an i dont no if theyd want me comin back after i left. They got good fighters over there to train with so take advantage of it and good luck with the gloves man.
