Now we know where Rockin trains

Conte was a Jazz musician who got into nutrition before it kind of blew up. He eventually bought this very expensive machine, which could analyze the most minute catalysts... were talking metals, things that were way beyond levels of vitamins. Apparently at some point Steriods become part of a bunch of micro elements that can induce the body to growth... But I always tell people that Conte was more than just a steriod pusher lol.

If Rockin could have afforded the services of Conte! Look out! Conte had a whos who of very rich Bay Area athletes as clients... The kind that lived in Atherton CA lol.

That guy could have helped, but even without him, I was stepping in with many worldclass fighters and throwin' down regularly.

I thought that I had done enough to be happy with myself, but since coming here I see (in their eyes) that I wasn't even close.

To any of my nay sayers, you do it for a week and most would be crying.

Boxing is the hurtin' business.

If you ain't out there hurtin' others than you are the one getting hurt.

And even when you are the one hurting others you will still go home with pain,

Either way, one truely tough sport. .................Rockin'

Rockin' does not train anymore.

First, I am done fighting.

Next, I can't find a youth today with the true grit inside to thrive in this sport.

They all appear to be puzzies.

But then again, I had crowds, around my amateur coach, looking to get thier boy matched up with me at my first few weigh-ins.

My appearance and nature seemed to scream out puzzie on a loud speaker when I'd first walk in to weigh-in at shows.

Everybody wanted to fight me.

But eventually they learned, I was there to fight.
