          Yeah...not really the same as your standard bench press though. Sure, there was a bench and he was pushing weights up but he wasn't pushing heavy weights and his arms were low & in tight. He's doing these similar to how I do pushups and I presume for the same reason, to protect his shoulders.


          Not really why I came back to this thread though. I'm trying to find out what that music is so I can put it into my workout mix.

            I like everything he was doing pertaining to working out except his crossfit pull ups at the end but everything other than that was solid selection of workouts for a boxer imo. He hits his agility workouts with the proper level of intensity, hes obviously focusing on volume which is the right way to train a boxer for the most part and all the exercises are pretty much low injury (some will hate on the barbrell raise but those are fine). He obviously knows what hes doing (his trainer does) because hes always in shape and has the power and workout that HW are respecting him.
