You said it. A night of vodka will bring my weight right down in the morning. A night of milk and cookies brings my weight way up in the morning. I can put on 10-12lbs from a dehydrated morning weight to a high carbed, high fluid weight in the evening easily. Those are both extremes and I’d much prefer a median if I had to preform physically god forbid. I have better success giving myself a weight I want to make then just telling myself that “I want to tighten up.”. As a boxing fan, I think making weight is what ties a fight or fighter to history against their peers. It also motivates me that I’ve seen fighters fined a million for not making weight, and fights cancelled. It affects the perception of a fighters career making weight. Bench press is not my strength. I know it’s not the same as is my youth, but I’ve lost 15lbs and increased my bench by the end of it. Gives me a lot of perspective.

the older you get the more protein you need to trigger MPS. when you young you can get away with lesser amounts the older you get 30+ you will need to start to really watch your protein intake. 35g (minimum) from animal protein is what you need to trigger mps PER MEAL reason its the minimum is the actual leucine threshold you trying to reach which occurs naturally in the limits you need in over 35g protein of animal meat. If you are not hitting this you wont be growing much to none infact you will most likely be losing muscle. Protect your muscle at all cost the older you get the harder it is to put on and the more important it is to have.

I definitely don’t want to be as big as I was in my early twenties. I haven’t found it hard to ad muscle when I want to, but that time will come. Injuries seem to take way longer to heal then when I was young. I was never an ego lifter and prided myself on not hurting myself. I didn’t bench press for years and most of my modern injuries have come from getting back into that. I have a sensitive digestive system and it’s hard to imagine that I could eat as much as I once did. Still I fantasize about being an actor and being told I need to get as big and muscular as possible for a paid movie role. I also know that as good a shape they are, none of these “jacked” Hollywood actors are anywhere as big as most people think. Arnold had to lose weight to play Conan.

I can't put on that much overnight, but 5-6 pounds for sure if I'm eating it up throughout the day

What is your new drink and diet?

To be determined. I haven't decided if I'll pre-mix or sell the recipe with a book.

Do both, that way people can pick one or the other or even buy the more expensive package deal containg both.
