worth researching so as not be misdiagnosed and then trying to solve the wrong problem.
I love eating beef but i read about people discussing ingesting beef for high t but it may be the cholesterol and amino acids helping your body increase t and it could also be simply anabolic steroids given to the cow or bull that then affects you. eating beef could get an athlete done up for doping by the authorities and i am sure we've all heard of these cases over the years. I find after eating beef i feel much better for a few days somehow like no other food makes me. maybe that is why.

Besides promoting growth and metabolism peripherally, GH has significant effects in the brain as well. For example, GH treatments can enhance cognitive function, provide neuroprotection, and increase neurogenesis (Aberg et al., 2000; Azcoitia et al., 2005; Nyberg and Hallberg, 2013)
all good reasons to take melatonin each night if you are 40+ and looking to stay youthful.
