Alot of the gym goers are beyond that phase in their workout careers if you will, they need heavy weights to maintain their mass and bodyweight wont be able to maintain that mass.

You can get plenty of mass from the exercises I mentioned. It's not a "phase" you would ever need to grow out of for general health or even combat sports.

But if gym goers want to look like bodybuilders then fair enough, they will probably need heavy weights and machines for that.

This topic is painfully familiar. Sorry for the rambling, but I couldn't help writing. I am as busy as a bee and am constantly increasing my levels to get more out of the sport. But because of the covid, I had to buy sports set for home. A lot of people can't afford it, but it's not bad at all to set up a place in the backyard to work out and dedicate a room to it. My wife said she only had to stick to her workout and diet (she read something from here https://www.thefitnesstribe.com/), but when we got back to the gym she really didn't lose her tone. She stayed just as diligent, didn't lose strength. Guys, is this possible? Maybe I bought dumbbells and barbells at home for nothing and should have done this fitness thing with my wife?

I got covid for the first time last month. I have to say everything was okay except for one detail - I came across ED issues after the illness. My doctor said it's temporary and I have to buy viagra online. But of course, I am nervous. Has anyone faced the same problem? If yes, share your experience.

Sometimes it really became annoying using the face mask every time. But training at home is the best thing about covid now we train ourselves and don’t need any gym and its requirements.

That's what I did. Turned a spare bedroom into a gym. Bought a bunch of equipment and never looked back.
