      That’s a pretty aggressive goal, but not impossible depending on your current weight, diet, and activity level. Were you lucky to achieve it?

        Drink lots (like 6–8L/day) for a few days, then taper and cut water 24 hrs before weigh-in. It helps shed water weight fast, but only do it if you're very sure about how to rehydrate safely afterward. I’ve been working on long-term fat loss myself and decided to Buy Mounjaro Online (prescribed) to help regulate appetite. The number on the scale is temporary, but your health and performance matter more!
