My old trainer lets me sparr with bigger guys biggest was 210 lbs but now he is focus on his pro carrer and no longer train me, now my new train he won't let me sparr with guys weigh 20lbs heavier than me because he said i might not take the pounches.
anyway im 115lbs. I don't know who is right coz my old trainer say its good to sparr big guys so i get used to taking hardshots the new one says its bad because it will break me in the long run. Who do u think is right?
