oooooo you just need a rd of steroids for that...lol nah bro forget about reg sodas for a while and drink lots of water run early before breakfast at least 10 miles a week you should loose about 5-10 pds per week. i did it bro it worked for me but i dont care about the beer gut, it was more of recently married weight gained. 45 pds in 2months but i lost them in 1 1/2 months

i was doing really good. .but i had to stop... because i hurt my shoulder on sunday en la playa con los sobrinos... creo que me jodi un tendon.. voy a ver si voy pa un tipo aqui en la isla que le dicen MANO SANTA.. en manati... q te deja de show... es un hombro q me jodi haciendo un swing una vez y siempre me ha dado problemas desde esa vez. .so esta semana tuve q parar el training y to eso... vamos a ver si en dos semanas podemos volver a la carga.. pero por lo menos voy a ver si le sigo dando por lo menos al cardio....
