      son puros carbs y fat, son comidas tipicas navidenas de mi isla, bacilando aqui con mi pana.

        yeahh...... : na for real.. i already cut the sodas... and im running so far at least like 7 to 10 miles...

        i was doing really good. .but i had to stop... because i hurt my shoulder on sunday en la playa con los sobrinos... creo que me jodi un tendon.. voy a ver si voy pa un tipo aqui en la isla que le dicen MANO SANTA.. en manati... q te deja de show... es un hombro q me jodi haciendo un swing una vez y siempre me ha dado problemas desde esa vez. .so esta semana tuve q parar el training y to eso... vamos a ver si en dos semanas podemos volver a la carga.. pero por lo menos voy a ver si le sigo dando por lo menos al cardio....

        hablando claro nada como eso....yo puedo comer eso todos los dias.. y si juego un poco de baskett me mangento jajaj nada com ola comida boricua...

        maldito sea la madre de los fastfoods
