ok guys...
im entering my 3rd week on the gym.. so far i mseeing some improve...
I just bought some creatine fuel powder it says 5000 mg per serv....
also im taking glutamine powder same 5000mg per serv... for muscle recevery and that is working pretty fine... im working from monday - thursday, friday & weekend free.
since this is my first time doing creatine .. i would like to know any input from anyone who knows if is good.. or if i needy any other thing.....
