    ok guys...

    im entering my 3rd week on the gym.. so far i mseeing some improve...

    I just bought some creatine fuel powder it says 5000 mg per serv....

    also im taking glutamine powder same 5000mg per serv... for muscle recevery and that is working pretty fine... im working from monday - thursday, friday & weekend free.

    since this is my first time doing creatine .. i would like to know any input from anyone who knows if is good.. or if i needy any other thing.....

      I believe that eating less carbs whilst you have a gut is good because when you load on carbs and exercise you are burning those carbs and not the beer gut. But if you cut down (not totally out) on carbs you can burn the carbs and then burn the beer gut with hard work. Don't totally cut them out just have a little less. Then you can load up on then once your fat is gone

                Dont do "one day no carbs" you need carbs when you are boxing training.

                    oooooo you just need a rd of steroids for that...lol nah bro forget about reg sodas for a while and drink lots of water run early before breakfast at least 10 miles a week you should loose about 5-10 pds per week. i did it bro it worked for me but i dont care about the beer gut, it was more of recently married weight gained. 45 pds in 2months but i lost them in 1 1/2 months

                      Here's mine:


                      2 scoops of arroz con gandules
                      8 oz of lechon asao
                      1 pastel
                      2 guineitos or morcilla (whichever you prefer)
                      and to top it off
                      flan de queso o tembleque
