There is no excuse for JD to not atleast have a six pack.
Yeah you could proberly get a six pack if you trained to the max. Im saying some people will never be able to get as ripped as say steve 'uss' cunningham, who will proberly stay pretty ripped even if he eat loads of crappy food.
If you re serious about getting that type of physique it depends on your starting point. De Niro doesn't look 'big' in a body builder way but very well toned.
If you have an average, untrained physique my advice would be to firstly do pressups and sit ups everyday, building up your numbers of these simple exercises. When you can get to 100 press ups (chest all the way to the ground) and 300 situps without rest you shouldn't be far off.
Secondly your diet will have to take a serious change, if you just keep to grilled chicken breast and minimal carbs, fatty foods and treat everyday you'll get there in a matter of a couple of months, it worked for me.....not that I'd recommend it!
HOWEVER, you'll feel miserable and it really isn't the best thing for your health. Having a body fat count that low requires either serious training or serious dietry changes.
Boxers rarely have a physique like that when they re not training for a fight.

I so hate when ppl ask how to get a body like this. Like it's a vending machine dispenser. You should be about tell by your frame to tell if it's physically possible to do so. Then in a Training and Nutrition thread they don't bother to look it up in the search forums or just common sense that you have to diet and such.
I have a question? How can I look like Paul Williams?
