How much running (jogging) do you do?

    6 at least 3 times a week and 10- 15 mile long run on the weekend though im working up to do a marathon...ill be increasing the long run by 2 every other week and the opposing weeks ill be increasing my daily runs by 1 till october im hoping to be at around 10-15 a day and 30 on the week end

      35 minutes on a treadmill, avg speed of 7.

      2 minutes walking warmup

      last minute on speed 11

      This is after benching and lifting for an hour

        Three to five miles on the treadmill: Monday through Thursday and then again on Saturday. Keeping the run at 10 minutes per mile or less. I Always alternate the speed settings during each session.

          This week I've been running at 4am every day. My fitness is still ****e, so it's a case of running around a couple of football pitches, having a few minutes of rest, then repeat. Trying to run more+rest less each day, which seems to be working.
