now i want to ask is how should i be getting my conditioning up more to be able to flurry for a full fight..i run every other day about 3 miles ... should i increase it to everyday? i dont ever want this to happen again i feel like crap after all the training i ave been through it feels like i let everyone down i gassed out what should i do?? it was my breathe my wind that needs work
That's more nutrition than training. Can you tell us what you normally eat

Not for me, theres such a thing as a brain, and i use it when i box. conditioning is my fall back option, not plan A. you'll come unstuck if being fitter than everyone and boxing at an insane pace is your only plan
that was a pretty weak assumption. im cooler than you.
