I dunno I said a training video not a sparring video what exactly is so bad about it. I'd just like to know so I can make a better video. I don't own a video camera and some kid was doing a school project on boxing so I asked him if I could do a bit of training and he films it for me. We weren't sparring that day so I couldn't get anything. Next time I'll try to get a sparring video or a fight.

Rope work was good.
The rest of the stuff seemed like you were joking around when doing it.
Woulda been nice to see some more serious bag work, than a half-committed combo or two.
I personally never touch the speedbag, so no opinion there.
