Ok i'll try to give you some advice. First off, your hook is way to wide. your winding up on it. Next you are dropping your hands way to low after your punches. And at the very end, you see how you threw your combo and then stood there with you hands down...don't do that. You need to move. Speed bag and skipping looked good.

You look like you can do that in your sleep! those who criticize tell them to show you theirs, I bet it wont happen. Work on that speed and head movement (defense)

The rest of the stuff seemed like you were joking around when doing it.
Woulda been nice to see some more serious bag work, than a half-committed combo or two.
I personally never touch the speedbag, so no opinion there.
why not? good piece of tool......

I still have no idea how the speed bag helps I just come in to the boxing class 15 minutes early and practice a little speed bag to pass the time.

head and eye coordination, if you can look away, youre not mixing it up enough, by the time you get done with your work out and jump to the speed bag, your arms should be tired, 2 rds of 3 minutes will do.

LOL, I think you might be the one to get knocked back if you punched my grandmother. No leverage behind it whatsoever, you've gotta dig son, dig.

Power is generated from the ground, put some leverage on them punches, those were all arm punches.

Who cares about the f**kin speedbag. All it's is a fun boxing equipment, it doesn't make you any better of a fighter or crappier because you did or did not ever use a speedbag.

On the skipping rope portion, well, nothin' special. Just focus on your boxing technique, cardio and strength training and you'll be alright.

Trust me man those punches are strong. It looks like there's no leverage but I'm pivoting from my waist and feet. I do squats and leg exercises alot.
I've won my only 2 fights by tko for a reason. One fight I hit so hard dude spat out his mouthguard twice when I punched him. Unfortunately I have no video of any fights so I can't really prove it sadly.
