You don't want to be dropping 5 pounds of water weight and then trying to rehydrate for a fight a couple hours later. It's not safe and will effect your performance. You'll feel slow and get tired a lot quicker.

yea inside fighting is what im good at because i have to do it so i train for it.. im not terrible the outside but when i get inside i do my best work.. i have a much easier time for guys who wanna stand there and **** then guys who like to move around for those guys you gotta keep applying pressure and they fade
but yea 5'6 at 132 is a good height and weight .. theres not gonna be guys much taller than u at 132Last edited by JoHnNyBoXeR; 04-28-2009, 11:03 PM.

I'dont really have much fat to loose, i think i would have to loose muscles if thats the case. My thoughts are that because i prefer to fight on the outside i should try to get down in weight to increase my reach compared to my opponents. Is it worth the effort or should i stay at my current weight?
