Should i start going to a gym?(bag video)

i'm from USA dont know if there are different rules then from where there is quid about age im hoping maybe but so there is a private instruction place about an hour away as well that is 20$ a class for an hour so 2 classes a week would be 160-180 a month but are you saying that there is no way i could turn pro? the best would be a trainer? if i could go pro how long would it take me under the right trainer hour twice a week with 4 hours training 6 days a week?i might take up the private trainer and only go once a week if all i can be is a trainer.
i get the squareness from wing chun need to be more wedge like though better for deflecting punches slipping and countering i also get the punch from wing chun its like the motion comes from my leg to my elbow and then to my fist and at the same time it hits my elbow i start my shoulder whirl and they both arrive at my fist at the same time. maybe from the squareness i don't telegraph i don't really know or know if you can tell with the video though a lot of the time I'm not even inn the screen
why heavier gloves? for my knuckles or to slow me down? in wing chun i spent 6 months beating up a telephone pole 2 hours a week my knuckles are already messed up if anything and they aren't getting worse. if its for stamina and to slow me down then i have 16 oz everlast sparring gloves i could wear but i didn't know if that was ok for the gloves i thought i might tear the stitching

why are you beating on telephone poles?

wooden dummy the thing with 3 arms and a leg Mook jong or Mook yan jong i think conditions the knuckles, fore arms, and stuff not so much for the bone more so for the muscle maybe for the bone in the knuckles case

Even if you were pro, 2 sessions a week wouldn't cut it, it'd be no less than 5, probs.
You can learn to box, but you can't be a boxer, sorry.
As for $20, are you serious?! I go between three gyms in the course of a year because of University. One is £4 a week ($8 dollars) which works out in between £1 or £1.33 a session! ($2-$2.66), one, I consider really expensive, that's £5, which is $10. The final one is, well free for me for some reason, but should only be £1 a session, so that's $2 a session. $20 a session is mega-expensive.

the 20 is for private sessions just me and a trainer there is a gym option that is an hour away as well its only 10$ a month free if your under 18.
So if i try really hard and give the people a reason to come out and see me then i might make something out of myself perhaps 1st or second round knock outs undefeated or something nah now im just getting ****y
Thanks for all the advice i think right now im going to get a heavier bag but first im just going to string it up higher and see if that helps with the swinging also work on keeping stance but i could also be unorthodox cuz some punches just work better with my right foot out but most work well with my left in front also keeping guard up when hitting the bag perhaps even some bob and weaving but before i start learning in a gym (probalbly the 10 dollar a month one) im going to try to get my self up to 6 miles in 40 min 6 times a week that way i wont have much in order to catch up to the training all i have to do is learn and i learn at a decent rate probably because i work hard not because i'm special
