NOT A "REASONABLE WEIGHT" and the proof that you are wrong because it IS the lightness of the bag that's making it swing around so much. And YOU have the nerve to call ME ******. Like I said, youre a ***ing joke.
    I have a 60 lb bag and it swings around quite a bit but I mainly use it for combos and speed not power punching. Shortening the chain will dcrease the length of the swing and not the potential to swing. It would swing just as much but half as far with a shorter chain.

      You don't need to spend a lot of time in the gym in the beginning, but you must find a trainer that can show you how to throw with proper form. From the video you haven't been shown proper form yet. And you need a much heavier bag at least 70lbs, preferably 100lbs. Also you'll need good bag gloves, Rringside sells some good ones cheap under the Contender label, although their brand is real good, and you'll need to learn how to wrap properly, because once you're taught to throw with proper form you'll be hitting 3 times harder than you are right now. If you're serious about this find someone who can teach you to throw. But it must be someone who actually knows. Most think they know how to throw, few do.

        and your point is?

        btw 60 lb bag is still WAAAY too light. Even 100 lb bags move too much when you hit them hard.

          "reasonably heavy bag"

          does not mean;

          "reasonable heavy bag"

          ****, you're ******.

          One means a bag is suitably heavy so that it should be ok to use, the other means a mediocre heavy bag. The first does not remotely imply the bag was a heavy bag.

              I'm not tryin to hate or be an ******* or anything, but i'm not impressed. The concept of boxing is apparent, just not your technique. It's aiite, but obviously needs help and guidance. But keep sending videos, i like watching this type of *****.

                  You ****** ***. You said that the bag is "reasonably heavy" against someone who said the bag looks too light and therefore swings too much. You also argued to me (before you knew it was just 40 lbs) that the bag is swinging around mostly because of the length of the chain and the lightness of the bag. Therefore you meant that the bag is "reasonably heavy" for a "heavy bag." GTFO and shut the *** up already.

                      Oh yeah I forgot that you were able to denote what it was I was thinking, enabling you to interpret what I wrote, with certainty.

                      If you speak how you type you should really stop kissing your mother with those lips....I even found a little animation for you;

                      Haha, you don't half take **** seriously.

                      "NO NO YOU MEANT IT'S A HEAVY HEAVY BAG, NOT A BAG OF REASONABLE WEIGHT, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
