    Well my arms are really skinny (even though I got a bit of muscle on them), I do however have quite a bit of fat on my belly.

    I've got muscle on my chest so my chest is allright.

        Just get yourself some protein powder and take it after training - eat more protein rich foods generally and along with your training you will start to put on lean muscle... that's what every kid wants isn't it?

          eat lots of chicken, steak, pork, with curry if u can. lots of brown rice/bread and youll be like the same body as before, but a bit thicker all around.

            If you just want to gain muscle and look big this might suit you .To get big you've got to eat big . Rosstraining might suit you as well because he doesn't compete in fights anymore but does max strength . http://www.menshealth.co.uk/Fitness-...eam-workout/v3
