I'm about 7 when I walk around and eat normally..I can dip to 5ish when I need to though.

7 is a good walk around fat, its a lot lower than most people who want to lose weight.

On the BF scale, when I choose the athletic option it gives me 3.2....thats rubbish though

I forget my bone and water mass, but I know my muscle area floats around 51-52%.

You beat me, the last time i check it was 11.5%. I'm probably close to 12% right now. But i've been trimming down my weight so it's definitely between 10%-12%

I've never measured mine with calipers, but based on the guide that trrmmo posted, I would say that I am about 6.5% to 7%. However, I don't think that you should judge your body fat based on what someone else's body looks like at a certain body fat percentage.

Based on some of the online calculators I have -6.5% which is ******, but using Trrmo's guide I'm about 6.5-7?
