i think my 7.1 is pretty good but im 16 so its not much of an acheivement compared to a late 20 sumthing with 7.

Yes boxers dehydrate to make weight close to weigh in. This is after they've burned most of their fat during training camp though. No sense in cutting 10 lbs of water weight, if you have 12 lbs of fat you could've burned off instead.

im 6ft ,11 stone and have body fat percentage of 20.8%. i go jogging for 30mins every morning and play alot of soccer and was wondering could any one give me tips on what to eat to get to around 8-9% body fat and also what times to eat at, and any other vital information on how to get my body fat % down. cheers

instead of eating 3 times a day........ eat 6 small meals thru out the day, cuz it will speed up your metabolism.
Eat ****ier foods cuz it will speed up your metabolism also.

Jesus, I need to get my fat ass to work then! I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I have an "Omron" B/F calculator that you hold and it says that I'm 17%. I've already lost about 16 pounds since I started going to the gym on a regular basis (3X a week). I've since joined instead of just going up for scheduled lessons so I’m now going 4 days a week for about 1.5-2 hours. I’m 24 years old, 5-10 and weigh 195 lbs… I’d like to be around 180-185 if I can. I think the extra time in the gym will help, but I’ve also started to change my eating habits… DAMN! 5-7% Nice work!
