      if you cut carbs u can eat allot of fat, low carb diets are great for people wo dont exercice much.

          In case you seriously don't know how to lose weight. Increase exercise, decrease calorie intake. More vegetables and lean meats, less fatty and sweet foods.

          You need to create a deficit of 3500 more calories burned than you consume to lose 1lb. 3500/7 days per week = 500 calories per day for one pound per week. You can try for two pounds per week, but that will be harder especially when you are just starting out. Anything more than two pounds per week should be avoided.

              Im kinda shocked at the responses to be honest, some help but most criticise.
              Im just a man I admit that, ive made mistakes, ive done wrong doings but i didnt think id deserve this treatment.
              Yes, i do eat far too much but without guidance on proper eating habits how can i help myself?

              Btw i took your advice on the pork thing and added it to my diet, i dont particularly like drinking water so i replaced it with more bodily fluid from Coca-cola.

                    First of start eating proper healthy foods, cut out all the ''donuts'' no good for ya, go to ya local gym or start a boxing gym to get fit. do alot of running road or machine and situps and all the rest and eat healthy.It will take time.
