instead of going to the local canteen, bring a packed lunch.... also its kinda logical, why are you getting fat? you're eating pop tarts during the day and dounughts before bed, while you're asleep you pile on weight if you just eaten fatty food. However if you eat nothing, drink nothing before bed, you dehydrate.

if you don't do anything of sport then just cut all the carbs from ur diet and u will lose weight fast.

here is an example of what i eat when i want to lose weight on days that i dont train.

        Morning: 3 eggs

        10.00: Protein Shake with water

        12.00: Pork ribs 165 g

        15.00: Cottage cheese 150 g

        18.00 3 eggs

        21.00: Protein shake with water

        Before sleep: Tuna 75 gram

if you cut carbs u can eat allot of fat, low carb diets are great for people wo dont exercice much.

Also, im confused on what carbs are.
Would Jelly beans be considered as a "carb"?

Sprinkle sugar cakes are also available but they seem bad for my health, so i just eat poptarts in its place.

I like to eat cornbread and poptarts when im at work, I also have chocolate creme doghnuts at night. I think it helps the metabolism in the body.
No way it helps the metabolism, it will instead add to your body fat big time especially if you aint training enough to burn the calories that goes along with your eating.
I had the same problem, still have actually, but I am drinking a lot of fluid, especially water and green tea and along with that cut all my "visits" to McDonalds/Burger King and managed to loose around 12 pounds in 2 months. I train 3-4 times/week and drink around 3-4 litres of plain water/day. Start with cutting all those sweets, as a beginning

lol, this has to be a troll thread.

In case you seriously don't know how to lose weight. Increase exercise, decrease calorie intake. More vegetables and lean meats, less fatty and sweet foods.

You need to create a deficit of 3500 more calories burned than you consume to lose 1lb. 3500/7 days per week = 500 calories per day for one pound per week. You can try for two pounds per week, but that will be harder especially when you are just starting out. Anything more than two pounds per week should be avoided.
