Anyone have any good recipes? It's hard to eat right & enjoy it at the same time (for me at least). I have the same meal EVERY day and I need to make something new.

Everyday after working out/running I boil 1 chicken breast, put a little seasoning on it & bake it at 350 for 25 mins. I boil some brown rice and chop up 1/4 onion and heat over a low flame with a little soy sauce.
I mix it all together with a little soy sauce or worchester sauce and call it a meal.

Aside from that I eat regular cereal in the morning & usually fruit or something later in the day. I also have a protein shake mixed in there after working out.
