The majority of the weight loss is temporary at best, your colon will refill again along with the water weight you would lose. Plus to get any decent results you will need to exercise to get your metabolism up and working (after a few days of course). To me it sounds like bad news, but what ever mate, I think a better substitute would be a week on a thyroid stimulant. I've seen people shed kilo's in a week without changing there diet, but it's up to you. Just make sure you stay safe.
The longest I did it for was 2 days once when I was in high school. I wasn't fat, I just wanted to test my will power. The first 12 hours is the worst. After that, you don't really crave food.
