      haha sure thing champ, it is not my fault you do not know how to train your body properly to achieve your goals. What's the point training for speed with 10 oz gloves on? You fight with 12's. You didn't reply to my other post about improving your vertical leap or sprint time. Why can you improve the speed of one movement but not another? Improving your chin is debatable too, neck strengthening exercises and just seeing the punches seem to improve it, but how can you test your chin unless you actually go out there and let someone clean hit you on it. I do have an opinion on the subject, I think you better get back to hitting the heavy bag instead of sharing your infinite, intricate knowledge of boxing.

        ^^^Where you from? Every one of my fights has been with 10oz gloves....

        And geez some of you make this sound like Rocket Science. Stop fussing about hand speed and power and work on your skills. Speed and power WILL develop naturally with training but you will hit a genetic wall EVENTUALLY.

              Dunno mine have been with 12's I'm pretty sure, but I live in Australia so don't know if it's different.

              Edit: No you guys are right, defently 10 oz

                hey salta all amatuer bouts in australia are with 10oz gloves, youcouldnt have faught with 12oz gloves. Unless you had an exebition bout or some ****
