hinduw why do you think your quick, i saw your video, you cant even hit a bag or hold your hands up. You cant even punch properbly so dont give advise on improving hand speed. Judging by your video your just a begginer.

If you are arguing that it can improve speed is like saying you can improve your chin by getting hit. You can learn how to take a punch and the technique of it all but it wont get stronger. Same with handspeed it is like wearing 10oz gloves takes them off and because you trained in 10s your hands 'feel' lighter for 5 seconds until you adapt. You are talking bull**** to me boy. Quit copying everyone else and have an opinion on the subject please.

yep you're right, you and hindu are the best boxers around.

this is really the answer my friends. punch faster and pull your hands back faster. the best training for punching faster is seriously punching faster. if you work on it for 3-6 rounds every day or every other day on the double end bag, you will get faster. i have gotten a lot faster already than when i first started going to the gym....

the secret lies is in pulling your hands back faster. even when your on the heavy bag, your hands should come back very fast. most beginners have a tendency to "push" the bag. they think a swinging bag means they are hitting like mike tyson when really it only means that their arm is out for way to long and in a fight or sparring they would have been hit already....

If you're talking about building roy jones type speed, then you're probably right, it won't happen for 99.999999999% of people on earth, but most EVERYONE can get faster than they are already, especially newbies. there is a HUUGE learning curve and deconditioned people or those fighting only a year or less can improve DRASTICALLY....
