SUN-minute drills (pm) skillz, light core, isometrics
MON-enchanced interval training (pm) skillz, core/neck
    TUES-roadwork, isometrics (pm) light core
    WED-minute drills (pm) skillz, core/neck
THU-enchanced interval training (pm) skillz, punch isometrics, light core
FRI-roadwork (pm) max strength, weighted core movements
    SAT- R&R

skillwork is usually 5 rounds of each:shadowboxing, jump rope, heavybag, speedbag, double end bag and once in a while the uppercut bag. I'll mess around with the #'s usually and end up hitting the heavybag more and the speedbag less. I'll spar if theres somebody there thats allowed to spar. Theres not many serious boxers at my gym to spar.

hmm, i go through cycles were i emphasize a specific skill. i look at all training as skill training.

i do various push ups every 2 days or so. usually do about 50 or more straight per type of push up. also include other forms of arm exercises usually.

i do over 100 situps every other day. including back exercise to balance routine.

i do short but low posture stance training in conjunction with squats and the like 3 times a week.

      every day:

warm ups, coordination aligning, stepping, movement skills, stance(still) power training, more movements skills, warm down then stretch before sleep. it goes something like that. too many things to describe and hard to explain.

Personally I mix weight training in with the boxing and it hasnt affected me yet

Everyday i go in and do the boxing my trainer tells me but this schedule is just my weightlifting schedule and everyday i try to run at least 2 miles and do at least 150 decline sit ups

Monday - Chest, usually i start with flat bench press, then incline then decline bench press, dumbell presses, and flys or other dumbell exercises i usually change it up ( usually i do 4 sets of 12 unless im maxing out)

Tuesday - Backs, wide grip pull ups, close grip pull ups, and then the last two exercises i switch up alot... and in addition i always do a 6 round heavy bag workout on tuesdays

Wednesday - Shoulders, military bench press, military dumbell presses, shoulder raises, and lateral flys

thursday - Triceps, I do alot of different exercises for these so i wont list them all

Friday - Biceps, I do alot of curls for biceps, Regular bicep curls, preacher curls, dumbell curls, 21's, and some other ones i dont know the names of

Saturday - All abs and core workouts alot of exercises i dont feel like listing them

Along with all of this i take multivitamins, proteins, and other supplements like BCAA's, and creatine (it helps dont say it is hurting me more than helping cause thats a lie as long as you take it right)

j doesn't even have to hit you

all he would have to do is look at you and the situation would dissipate with you leaving swiftly, swifty.

ps- just ****in around, never seen either of them fight

I doubt it, looks like a standup fighter and I doubt it'd hurt to get hit by a 110lb old man and I think his technique would fall apart with 175lbs sprinting right at him
