    Monday gym
    stretch out
    5 rounds jump rope
    150 pullups 150 dips
    100 crunches 100 leg raises(both with medicine ball) 60 leg ups
    4 rounds on double end bag
    3 rounds pad work
    3 rounds heavy bag to work on technique and power in my shoulders
    stretch out

    Tuesday
    Run 4 miles (30 minutes)
    15 minutes shadow box 3 pound weights
    15 minutes movement

    Wednesday
    strecth out
    3-6 rounds of sparring (3 minutes)
    150 squats (increasing weight each set)
    100 crunches 100 leg raises(both with medicine ball) 60 leg ups
    4 rounds double end bag
    3 rounds pad work(sometimes not if coach doesnt want me to after sparring)
    3 rounds heavy bag
    3 rounds jump rope
    stretch out

    Thursday
    stretch
    Run 4 miles (30 minutes)
    15 minutes shadow box 3 pound weights
    15 minutes movement
    stretch

    Friday
    stretch out
    5 rounds jump rope
    200 push ups
    200 rolls(back and shoulder blades dumbell excercise)
    100 crunches 100 leg raises(both with medicine ball) 60 leg ups
    4 rounds double end bag
    3 rounds pad work
    3 rounds heavy bag
    stretch out

    Saturday rest

    Sunday
    stretch
    run 6 miles up and down hills(45 minutes)
    stretch


    i throw in movement and some shadow boxing sparadically(sp?) at days at the gym and sometimes a round or 2 on speed ball

    soon ill be goin to gym 5 times a week wen coach thinks im ready then my routine will change

        being in school, being a father, and working full-time makes my work out pretty minimal. when i do have time I go pretty hard tho. but here goes, on a regular 5 day basis (mon-fri):


        200 push-ups (mixed) **diamond, long width , incline, decline)
        100 crunches
        100 squats (no weight)
        64 dumbell lifts (50lbs each arm) **8 reps 8 sets))




        usually takes around 25-30mins. and gives a really good pump.

          double the reps all everything except the running and that sounds like the young highschool me.

            6 days a week:

            *3 days a week
            -Stretching 5 minutes
            -2 rounds of skip rope
            -2 rounds of shadow boxing
            -2 rounds of double end bag
            -6 rounds of heavy bag
            -2 rounds of heavy bag punch out drills
            -2 rounds of speed bag
            -A 20 minute run OR 20 minute on the stationary bike

            *2 days a week
            -Stretching 5 minutes
            -2 rounds of skip rope
            -4 rounds of double end bag
            -6 rounds of shadow boxing(3 with no weights, 3 with 3 pounds weights.)
            -A 20 minute run OR 20 minute on the stationary bike

            Those 5 days i also do 2x50 push ups, 2 x50 sit ups, 2x20 chin ups, 2x20 dips before going to bed.

            *1 day a week:
            This is my weight training day, usually the friday since i don't train on saturdays. I do everything, Bench press, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, legs, dead lift, squats, pecs, ect. I do low reps with heavy weights since i don't want to gain any more muscle.

            I recently dropped the mma gym i was going to, so more more sparring or mit training. I decided to dedicate myself to boxing only. I'm going to start a new boxing gym in september.

              That is why you are single. You should beg me for sex and give me more than 30 seconds. At least 45 of 50 seconds should do it. In 8 mile eminem, took 1 minute and 21 seconds plus he was in love.

                Other people do more with less rest, such as 4 sets of 250. It is's nothing special and I am not even the fastest at them in my gym. Once you train with pro's, you realise it is fairly standard for your fitness to at least do 500-800 per day. Calslappy does 4x3 minute rounds of ONE ARM press ups and gets about 250 in each round, so that puts the possibilities into perspective!!!

                Also, when I came back into boxing I started with sets of ten and did about 50 altogether and was rather chuffed. Nobody can start off superfit! But trust me mate if you chip away at it every day and build it up slowly but surely, in a year you will find it easy and you too can be as fit as a pro.
                What's the point of doing so many in a row? They have lost all benefit doing them if you can do that many.

                  ROADWORK:
                  mon / wed / fri - 3-5 mile run in the early AM before work
                  tues / thurs - 2 and 3 minute interval runs
                  saturday - 50m, 100m, and 200m sprints

                  GYM:
                  mon / wed / fri - boxing training (no need for specifics / just the standard 2 and 3 and 4 minute rounds boxing training)
                  - hand speed and reflex and timing

                  tues/ thurs - sparring / boxing training / plyometrics

                  saturday - sparring (sometimes) / swimming and conditioning

                  workouts usually go from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the day.

                    sun-thu
                    sun and wed
                    nothing but chest and triceps. lower body i do calfs
                    mon and thu
                    all back muscles,torso and bicep. lower body quads
                    tue shoulders and traps.lower body quads
                    and rotate every week
                    i run and work on my abs every day i work out

                    wed,thu,sat and sunday i hit the bag for about 30 minutes...I was 6ft 158 in feb,now im 190 i put on 22 pounds of muscle

                      on mondays we warm up with shadowboxing then do fitness stuff like intense rounds on the pads, bagwork, skipping, medicine ball work

                      on tuesdays i have shadowboxing to warm up again and then bagwork heaps of sparring, and pads and that


                      on wednesdays i usually do some ab stuff plus mirrorwork


                      on thrusdays pretty much same as tuesday

                      on fridays i usually run and do abs or bagwork as well

                      cant remember exact no. of rounds and that i do lol
