    Health shops sell it in pill form and rip people off. Have a look around to see if any of them have good deals. Ethnic shops sell it for 99p. Try eBay too, they should have similar products if you are afraid of walking into an ethnic shop.

    It is really good for cleaning your insides out, which surprisingly makes you feel better in general! You end up getting the ****s less, having less time wasting ****s but most importantly you feel vibrant and full of energy. Apparently you can have up to half a stone of undigested food in your colon and other **** which is cleaned out with this bulking agent. Good idea if you want to make the weight and ge extra energy!

      I usually just eat 2 cups of oats and some fruit for breakfast and have a huge lunch.

          shiieett..it changes everyday..somedays ill eat frosted flakes or apple jacks..this morning i ate fruit loops and oreos..only the real boxers do it..

              Fruit only is not a good idea, you need some complex carbohydrates, protein and fat also especially in the morning after not eating for 8 or so hours.

                    4 eggs with vegetables eg. spinach, onion, tomato, mushrooms, whatever and some oil or cheese

                    or 2 eggs with a small amount of some other kind of meat and vegetables with some oil or cheese

                    or fruit with 200g ricotta cheese and a handful of nuts

                    or last night's dinner

                    and chuck a coffee or 19 in there.

                      That is a whole load of pseudo science. There is actually no need for complex carbs if you have a good mix of greens throughout the day (fruit, veg and salad). complex carbs give too man calories and even whole grains can make people fat! Atkins nearly got it right, but should have listened to his mum and eaten his greens!

                      As for protein, overnight starvation is hugely exaggerated unless you are doing weight training which makes people slow in boxing. Even then, your body will be OK til lunch. If you are doing weights then have some boiled eggs, or veg omelette cooked in olive oil. But really the first thing you need in morning is fruit for energy and vitality, and lots of it. Graze on fruit throughout your day. It will help blowtorch any remaining fat on your body i tell thee. try it you might like it. Worked for Pele and Rickson Gracie.
