What do you eat for breakfast?

    I usually have a bowl of muesli and a banana with a nice up of tea. All with skimmed milk. On weekends though I tend to have a bit more maybe a yoghurt or an egg sandwich aswell.

          I load up on fruit. It gives you plenty of energy for the day and even increases stamina. I also have a tablespoonful of psyllium husk in Tropican w/bits to clear out the insides. If you don't have psyllium husk then you are literally full of ****!

            1 whole egg 2 egg whites scrambled in a microwave, 1 piece of wheat toast, 8 oz. o.j. 4 glucosamine pills.

              oatmeal / honey. malted milk ( harry greb used to drink it). fruit. sometimes an egg. if i'm trying to cut weight i'll eat a lot in the morning, not so much for the rest of the day

                  To cut weight it is better to spread meals. Binging and starving will tell your body food is scarce and your metabolism will slow down even if you decrease calories. Spread your food to speed it up.
