              Altitude sickness.

Running several miles a day is standard stuff for boxing. Even am's that go far run everyday for at least 30 minutes. I aim for 36-45 minutes.

well said. Them shortcuts are a waste of money and can buy you many quality running shoes. Only buy Asics, Saucony or Brooks. I think an £800 treadmill will buy you 8 pairs so that will last you 8 years! Will be 16 pairs if you time it for January sale, and no peice of **** equipment is lasting that long I tell thee.

I get proper running shoes from the running specialist shop. They make you go on treadmill and observe your stride on a camera before you jump on some heat detection foot thing. I get a specialist trainer that supports joints with level 4 support. I wouldn't have known without their advice so get donw to a running specialist store and save your knees!
