Here is a video of some constructive sparring with one of my stable mates; Luke.

Luke is 5'8" 165lb. I am in the gray shorts with the white Jordans.

Just because you wear Jordans doesn't make you Roy Jones. Keep your hands up, he can't hit you because he's not very advanced or quick. Anybody marginally better would tag you constantly

These dude's suck but give the guy some slack. Not everyone can be a world beater like me. Even I had to spend years in my game before success and fortune at Valencia and Liverpool FC. I would advise him that as a whiteboy he can never be like RJJ but should try to be more like a pressure fighter. Maybe he should look up to Gatti and Hatton.

I was giving serious advice blood. Maybe even try to copy a mexican or irish fighter. It is like me trying to play boring 4-4-2 when I am Spanish and prefer 4-2-3-1 to annihilate everyone in the Premiership in 08/09. Stick to what suits your style and culture.

Also, you must realise that you will probably be a journeyman at best. Make the most of what you have and maybe one day you will coach a true talent.
